Thai Massage

Thai massage uses ancient stretching and rhythmic compression massage techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed.

Sports Massage

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping uses tools and suction to gently lift, rather than compress, layers of tissue. With a variety of benefits including pain reduction, improved bloodflow, and smoothing of scar tissue adhesions, cupping therapy is ideal for individuals with former injuries, post-surgery or traumatic scarring, and work-related pain.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage uses massage oil to allow gliding on the skin to relax tight muscles and improve circulation of blood and lymph fluids. During Swedish massage, the client undresses to his or her level of comfort and is draped with sheets on the massage table for comfort and modesty.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Pregnancy massage may also include exercises and recommendations to address low back and pelvic floor discomfort at home for a more comfortable pregnancy.

Post-Partum and Infant Massage

Massage benefits both mom and baby. Postpartum massage can include consultation regarding healing from tears/episiotomies, diastasis (abdominal separation), C-section scarring, and postpartum depression.* The new mom is welcome to enjoy a session alone or bring along her baby to enjoy the benefits of infant massage.
*Diagnosis of physical or mental health conditions is outside the scope of practice of therapists; however, studies show the benefits of massage for healing scar tissue, calming anxiety, and alleviating depression.
